Phase one of the St.Thomas Elevated Part Project is to purchase , protect and plan for the future of the MCR bridge. The vision for that future is to create a new and unique elevated park for St. Thomas which will be a first for Canada . That vision will grow with community input and, eventually, an international design competition. Your ideas will help give the project life, inspiration and momentum.
